Celebrity Dinner Benefitting Don Lugo HS

The Don Lugo High School Associated Student Body and 2010 Fundraising Committee would like to invite you to join us in a wonderful sponsorship opportunity. To reach our fundraising goals to promote academic success and apply the finishing touches on our new stadium, Don Lugo High School is hosting a spectacular evening with superb dining and live auction on April 30^th, 2010 at the Western Hills Golf and Country Club. The theme of our evening is “Celebrity Waiter Dinner” where 25 local celebrities - ranging from the Mayor to prominent business people and alumni - will serve, host, and entertain our guests for tips and donations and the coveted “Most Appreciated Waiter” award being given to the waiter who earns the most tips.

This year we need more support than ever since funding shortages at the State and District levels will affect our students directly. With the proceeds raised from this fundraiser, we hope to purchase equipment for the concessions stand and ticketing booth, a new sound system, and a protected cover for the artificial turf. All funds remaining will be directed towards student academic services such as tutoring, educational programs, speakers, seminars, and hands-on learning activities. Your generous donation will go a long way in assisting us in reaching these goals and is tax-deductible.
