About Us
The Don Lugo Renaissance Foundation, Inc. is a non-profit 501(c)3 corporation dedicated to changing lives and impacting futures of Don Lugo students, staffulty, and parents. We are an Authorized School-Connected Organization by the Chino Valley Unified School District. We partner with all stakeholders of Don Antonio Lugo High School, including alumni, community and business partners, parents, staffulty, and students to achieve goals that support teaching and learning on our campus. These goals are set by the stakeholders of our campus: those who have a vested interest in the success of Don Lugo students, staffulty, and parents. While our wide reaching goal is to change lives and impact futures, this is accomplished through enhancing the culture and climate of our school, by building people inside and outside our organization, and by sustaining the viability of teaching and learning at Don Lugo.
Our greatest desire is to partner with you. As alumni, you have benefited from the education that Don Lugo provided you as a foundation for life, yet may feel that improvements can be made to enhance this foundation for future graduates. As business and community partners, you understand the vested interest you have in the instructional rigor, character building, and production of meaningful graduates at Don Lugo, knowing that our graduates become your patrons, employees, business owners, citizens, and elected officials. As parents, you understand the vital relationship between you and the school at which your students attend. You are the greatest ally to Don Lugo in the education of your student. You have a vested interest in their engagement in the learning process working toward the miracle of graduation. As staffulty, that is faculty and staff, you already provide the benefit of your thoughtful, planned, rigorous service to your students, however understand that to change lives and impact futures a commitment above and beyond the call of duty is required to best build them as human beings. As students, you have the greatest interest in the success of your campus. You know the day-to-day life of our students better than anyone. We do all this for you.
